About the event

NEW FOR 2025! Forest School for home-educated children has come to Lackford Lakes!  

Let the kids go WILD on the Nature Reserve, at our new monthly Forest School session especially for unaccompanied 8-11 year old home-educated children. Make new friends, play games, spend time outdoors, discover wildlife and learn new skills, all whilst enjoying our amazing Nature Reserve! 

Time: 10am-2pm.

Please note: 
- due to Ofsted exemption requirements we cannot accept children under the age of 8; please make sure you check your child meets the age requirements for the session you are booking them onto.

Assistance dogs only on all trails except on the Sayer's Breck trail where all dogs are permitted. All dogs must be kep on leads at all times to protect the wildlife and delicate habitats.

- Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear for being on a Nature Reserve. Closed-toe shoes or wellies essential. 
- Packed lunch and snacks.
