About the event

This Christmas enjoy an eco-friendly magical visit to Santa's grotto! If you would like a quieter more local experience that is still magical and welcoming then look no further. 

Our miller's barn is transformed into a beautiful grotto for the Christmas season, where Santa is making a special trip to greet you. Every child will have a chance to take a photo, talk to Santa, and receive a gift. Each slot is ten minutes giving you plenty of time to make your special memories. On the day you can also make a Lantern, potato print eco-friendly wrapping paper, and make some wildlife-friendly reindeer food. All of this is included in the child ticket. You can do this before or after your visit to Santa (starting at 10 - 4pm. Please bring an old tin to make your lantern ( battery tealights can be bought for 50p on the day).  

Please note this event is for children up to 11 years of age (older siblings are welcome to join their younger siblings but will not receive a gift). Places can be booked from any age but please note the child's age on the booking form so an appropriate gift can be allocated.

Please note we do not provide a photographer and you must bring a phone or a camera for this purpose but our elves are happy to assist. 

Timed slots are bookable for visiting Santa.

One family ticket (1 child with up to two accompanying adults) is available for each time slot (you will not share your timeslot with any other families). If you wish to bring an additional child/child, please purchase the required number of 'additional child' tickets alongside your family ticket (Maximum of 4 children per time slot).

E.g for 3 children at 1pm you would book 1x 1pm ticket and 2 x  1pm additional child tickets.

***ADDITIONAL PLACES SHOULD ONLY BE BOOKED IF YOU HAVE AN ALLOCATED TIME SLOT*** If you book an additional ticket without the original time slot ticket you may be denied entry.

Please be aware that each family will have approximately 10 minutes with Father Christmas, regardless of the number of children you bring, so if you are a large group, you may wish to consider purchasing tickets for more than one-time slot.

The time on your ticket is the time you should reach the Grotto. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your allocated time as your time with Santa cannot be extended in the event of late arrival.
