Our North East Reserves team are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to join them as Assistant Warden - championing landscape recovery and conservation at our nature reserves within the southern Broads National Park and the Suffolk Coast.

This position is full-time based in North-East Suffolk with time split between our Carlton Marshes nature reserve (Lowestoft) and Church Farm nature reserve (Thorington).
This role has three key areas of responsibility:
- Meeting conservation objectives. Carrying out a range of habitat management activities set out in the agreed reserves management plans and/or agri-environment/woodland management agreements.
- Managing volunteers. Encouraging and supporting regular volunteer teams in the management of the reserves and ensuring their safety.
- Ensure reserves are a flagship for the Trust’s work. Assist the Warden's work with partner organisations, landowners, and colleagues across the Trust to restore nature and deliver the Trust's vision for a wilder Suffolk.
