Greeting Cards Coordinator Opportunity

What you will be doing:
By helping with our fundraising and partnerships team, you will be making a real difference to nature in Suffolk. This is a great opportunity to support our charity using your enthusiasm, friendly nature and free time. The role involves working with artists to find new designs for our greeting cards, helping to choose which designs we sell, supporting with ordering and packaging, and making sure stock is delivered and collected. This helps us to engage with more people and raise income for the Trust for conservation efforts.

The skills you need:
No specific skills are needed other than being organised and good at keeping track of things. You should enjoy talking to people and building relationships. An interest in art or design would be helpful, as well as any experience in retail or handling stock, but this isn’t essential. This role could be great for someone with a background in these areas, or looking for experience, or someone who would like to put their skills to good use.

What you'll get out of it:
This is a chance to play an important role in a successful fundraising project, helping to raise money that will go directly towards protecting wildlife and nature in Suffolk. You’ll gain experience in working with local artists, helping to organise our greeting cards, and supporting a local conservation charity. You’ll be part of a friendly team who know that your time is making a real difference for nature.

You can claim back out-of-pocket expenses.

The time you need to give:
This role is flexible, so you can fit it around your other commitments. Some times of the year, especially in the run-up to Christmas, may be busier. Many tasks, like contacting artists and shops, can be done from home, but there may be some in-person volunteering needed at our head office in Ashbocking.
