About the event

Under Kevin’s leadership, teenagers will develop their observation skills and learn how to capture exciting wildlife photos, with cameras, tablets or smart phones.

All are welcome, from complete beginners to keen photographers.

The course is set in the beautiful setting of Lackford Lakes, which has a fantastic array of wildlife to capture on camera.

The Centre is wheelchair accessible with an accessible toilet. Our hides and viewpoints are wheelchair accessible. While our Kingfisher (blue) route is typically traversable for those using a mobility aid, in poor weather the tracks can get muddy. We do not have boardwalks. Call ahead if you wish to discuss your specific needs with us.

Please bring the device(s) that you wish to use in the session. We regret that we cannot provide any photography equipment. This can be a phone or any range of camera. If you are bringing a DSLR, don't forget your additional lenses.

Please dress for the the weather. Our sessions will go ahead rain, snow or shine.
