About the event

Join us on an introductory walk focusing on the stunning wetland waders and wildfowl who visit Martlesham Wilds at this time of year. This is aimed at beginners who just want to know a little bit more about the birds you can see on the River Deben. We will amble down to the river, chatting as we go, and see what surprises the River and the birds provide for us on the day. The walk is about 2 miles in total, may be muddy, we will be completely exposed to the weather on the day, just like the birds we are looking for will be as well!
