About the event
Reconnect with Cyanotype printing here at Carlton Marshes.
This camera-less photographic process works with nature to produce ' magical' prints, carrying stories and memories of how and where they were found. Using nature and creativity Rachel aims to boost your wellbeing whilst learning a new technique and having fun!
Rachel will gently guide you on a short sensory walk around the reserve, where you will gather your finds. Once back in the centre you will discover step by step instructions, experimentations and play, how to create your own prints on a variety of papers and fabrics.
Small group for person centered teaching to explore the creative process of Cyanotype printing. You can see examples of Rachel's work on her website and Instagram.
No experience necessary, all materials supplied. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the course. Lunch is available to purchase at the cafe or you may bring a packed lunch.
