About the event

Join us at our newest nature reserve in the Waveney Valley, Worlingham Marshes, for a walk to explore the site and to hear plans from our Worlingham Warden.

Please ensure you bring suitable outdoor clothing for this event.

Places are free, but need to be booked as they are limited. Further parking details and meeting point will be shared via email when you book your place - there is no parking on the reserve.

Suitable for adults and families with older children who are able to enjoy a guided walk for two hours.

Know before you go

Dogs

No dogs permitted

Though dogs on leads are allowed on the reserve, during this Discovery Walk we will be accessing some of the usually off-limits "Wildlife and Wardens Only" areas, where dogs are not permitted. It is advised to leave your dog at home so that you can join us exploring behind-the-scenes of the reserve.

Parking information

No parking on the reserve, please park on Old Lowestoft Road. Parking is approximately 1 mile away from the reserve, the reserve is accessed along a single track road with no footpath.

Bicycle parking

Bikes can be locked to a fence at the entrance to the reserve.
