About the event
Bradfield Woods engagement officer Jo will be leading this session. Price includes all tools and materials on the day.
If it is particularly cold, we will be working in Bradfield centre with a wood burner and a wonderful view of the woods.
We will start outside, selecting and splitting our wood, which we will then use to carve a teaspoon with knives and spoon knives. After lunch you can choose to make another tea spoon, or you can use shave horses and drawknives to make a spatula.
Please wear suitable clothing and stout footwear.
Please bring lunch and a drink. There will be hot chocolate to warm us up.
Places are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled.
Suffolk Wildlife Trust reserves the right to cancel a course and, in these circumstances, will fully refund course fees.
