Events and activities - terms and conditions

Places on all events and activities must be booked and paid for in advance, unless otherwise stated.

You will receive confirmation of your booking and further information (where applicable) by email.  In the unlikely event that you do not receive these or if you have a query regarding your booking, please contact us on 01473 890089 between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Places are non-refundable unless the event or activity is cancelled by the Trust.

Suffolk Wildlife Trust reserves the right to cancel an event or activity and, in these circumstances, will offer a full refund.

All events and activities will run subject to a minimum number of attendees (except Badger hide and Bernard’s hide bookings).

In the event that Suffolk Wildlife Trust has to cancel an event or activity due to low numbers, extreme weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and will offer a full refund.

No child or young person is permitted to use mobile telephones or other electronic communication devices during sessions (with the exception of planned sessions in which use of mobile telephones or other electronic communication devices is an integral part of those sessions, for example photography courses or geocaching sessions) or at breaks or lunchtime.  Mobile telephones and other electronic communication devices brought to a session by a child or young person are to be left in the individual’s bag in the centre (where appropriate) at their own risk.  Suffolk Wildlife Trust cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
