About the event

This festive ceramics workshop is aimed at beginners to clay craft.

We will be using slab techniques and impressed decoration to produce a series of tiles, Christmas hangings and possibly simple pot forms.

The pieces will be taken away and fired and glazed with your choice of colours, and can be collected from the Centre around 3 weeks after the course.

All materials and tools will be provided. Bringing an apron or old shirt is recommended.

Tea and coffee will be provided. The cafe will be open for the duration, serving savoury food and sweet treats.
