Based at the Visitor Centre at our Carlton Marshes nature reserve on the edge of Lowestoft, the North-East Suffolk Business & Engagement Manager role is central to achieving our ambitions for nature in North-East Suffolk.
This role will lead our Engagement Team in North-East Suffolk and the Carlton Marshes Visitor Centre team, championing the development of new community-based activities, nurturing local partnerships, and enabling people to connect with nature at Carlton Marshes and our other reserves in North-East Suffolk (such as Worlingham Marshes, Lound Lakes, and Hen Reedbeds).
This is a leadership role, working closely with the Head of Engagement to drive the development and delivery of our engagement strategy across North-East Suffolk.
